Update; December 16th 2014; the “Banksy of India” aka ” Guess Who” emerges and given maximum publicity by the MSM.
This has to be Banksy himself trying for a new market under a new ID, possibly after our outing of his present appearance and disguise in the summer of 2014 ( see previous post “Banksy” ).
Was he inspired by this London Dada Work to make a fresh start with some new messages in India?
For no way would the BBC give such prominent coverage to a previously unknown artist; this is almost certainly Banksy’s pre-known insider / assistant contacting the MSM though already established communication channels.
