She’s used up her ” 35 miles of men ” and more  – ah, thosexciting 60s 70s, 80s !
Nowadays, she notes, toyboys glance just the once. . . 

This then, the residual psychological stasis, a tangled iron prison of karmic debt
And suffocating sense of emptyness …. towards the inevitable end.
